About the Program

Summary:

Our Case Management & Resilience Program empowers families to navigate Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) by providing guidance, community connections, and practical support. We help families set goals, access local resources, and celebrate their progress as they build resilience. This program does not provide clinical, medical, or therapeutic services.

How It Works

Identify Needs

Families voluntarily complete an ACE-informed self-reflection to highlight areas where support may be helpful.
