About the Program

Summary:

For teens impacted by ACEs, having access to positive role models and real-world opportunities is crucial for building resilience and confidence. The Shadow Program pairs high school students with mentors in their fields of interest, offering hands-on career exploration to help them make informed decisions. This program provides structure, inspiration, and guidance, empowering teens to break cycles of adversity and create a brighter future.


How It Works:

    Students choose career paths they’re curious about, from medicine to tech or creative arts.
